Please answer all questions as fully and as accurately as possible. Please note that any answer that is subsequently found to be incorrect may affect the opinion given on your IR35 status.
Please ensure that you upload all documents issued with your contract e.g. all schedules, assignment confirmation letters, codes of practice etc.
Once you have submitted your review, we will issue you with an invoice for £435 + VAT (£522.00) payable on receipt (this does not apply to existing clients submitting an online review).
Once purchased, the chosen product will become active and remain in place for 12 months from the date payment is received.
Please note that we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £25.00 + VAT for setting up a contract review request which is later cancelled.
