- 2 hour workshop covering all the key status issues including the importance of reviewing working practices
- Example standard industry contracts and what to look for
- The interaction of the IR35 status tests with the Agency Conduct Regulations, self-billing agreements, data protection rules and multiple intermediaries etc
- Particular occupations that are automatically caught by IR35
- Handouts to keep
Prices – £550 plus VAT per person with additional people from the same firm @ £350 plus VAT per person.

Workshops can be arranged at your premises at your convenience. We reserve the right to agree with you an additional charge if you are located more than 100 miles from our offices. Workshops can be arranged at our site for a maximum of 10 people and we will provide refreshments. Please note you will not be tied into annual refresher training and we will provide updates as necessary resulting from changes in legislation or pertinent cases going through the tribunals and the courts.
